Shipping policy

PLEASE READ SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS 

 

All orders are shipped out within 24 hours of orders being placed and fulfilled, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders that are placed after 10am AEST will be shipped out the following day.

All of our orders are shipped using Australia Post and shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.95 within Australia or express shipping is available within Australia charged at a rate of $15.95.

Over seas orders are shipped using Australia Post and is charged at a rate of $37.50 AUD

Free shipping is available on all orders over $150.00.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number for your reference.

Please make sure your delivery information is correct as Zarli & Jayde Boutique WILL NOT be responsible for orders that are shipped to the incorrect address.

We WILL NOT  be held responsible for and deliveries that are lost or stolen or delayed due to circumstances out of our control.

Please NOTE that delivery times may vary and this is out of our control, due to Australia Post and there schedules and public holidays and busy times such as December period.
